Fenceball is developed and published by Culnane LLC, doing business as Finigin Games ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Fenceball (the "App"), how it's used, and who else it's shared with.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT DIRECTLY
We do not require you to create an account with us directly, and Fenceball does not ask you for your name, email, or other personal contact details on its own. The information we receive directly is limited to:
Gameplay data — scores, levels reached, and match outcomes, used to operate the game and (where applicable) report results to our competition platform provider, Skillz.
Device and diagnostic information — basic technical data (device model, operating system version, crash logs) used to keep the App running correctly.
INFORMATION COLLECTED BY OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS
Fenceball is built using third-party services that collect additional information on our behalf, or as part of operating the competitive/tournament features of the App. These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle this data.
Skillz (competition platform, payments, and compliance)
Fenceball's tournament and match features are powered by Skillz Inc. If you enter a tournament — especially a Cash Competition — Skillz may collect your name, address, phone number, payment information, and approximate location. Location data is collected specifically to verify eligibility to participate in skill-based competitions under applicable state and local law, using geolocation technology (including services provided by GeoComply). Skillz may also remotely access your device to provide support or deliver updates to the Skillz SDK integrated into Fenceball.

Kochava (analytics)
We use Kochava to understand how players find and use Fenceball, including device identifiers and general usage analytics.

We use AppLovin to help manage any advertising shown within the App, which may involve advertising identifiers and general usage data.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION
Information collected through the App is used to operate and improve Fenceball's gameplay and tournament features, verify eligibility to participate in skill-based competitions where required by law, process entries and administer prizes for Cash Competitions (handled by Skillz), understand how the App is used so we can fix bugs and improve it, and communicate with you about your account or competitions where applicable (handled by Skillz).
We do not sell your personal information.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Fenceball is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Cash Competitions may have additional age and eligibility requirements, administered by Skillz, that are higher than 13 in many jurisdictions.
YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we or our service providers hold about you. Requests related to Skillz-managed data (account, payment, or competition information) should be directed to Skillz directly at support@skillz.com. Requests related to information we hold directly can be sent to support@finigingames.com.
California residents: You may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion.
